By placing an order on www.thegoldenshowerbeauty.com, you agree to the current terms and conditions stated below and certify that all information you will and have submitted about yourself is correct. These terms and conditions form a contract between you and The Golden Shower Beauty AS, company registration number 933 810 038, Ivan Bjørndals gate 7, 0472 Oslo (hereinafter “The Golden Shower Beauty”, “we” or “us”), so we kindly ask you to read through these terms and conditions before using our website.
CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
This website is addressed to you as an individual (consumer) of legal age in your country.
Once you have completed your order, an electronic confirmation/invoice will be sent to the email address you entered when placing your order. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. In the confirmation, you will find all information about your products, such as name and price, as well as billing and delivery address. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer service. If you have not received the confirmation, or if something is wrong with the confirmation received, please contact our customer service immediately.
The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices shown on www.thegoldenshowerbeauty.com include VAT (unless otherwise specified or selected by the customer) in accordance with applicable legislation. The prices do not include any delivery charges, which may vary depending on the selected shipping option. The current prices are shown on the website next to the product. In the event that the presented price is clearly incorrect, The Golden Shower Beauty is not obliged to offer the lower incorrect price. It is not possible to combine any discount codes with other campaigns or offers unless otherwise specifically stated on the website.
If an order is shipped to a delivery address outside of the EU, import duties and taxes may be added, which will be charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. To ensure what kind of import duties and/or taxes may apply to an order, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
The Golden Shower Beauty reserves the right to change or correct prices on all orders, as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may cause The Golden Shower Beauty to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid in the best possible way. This can be done at any time at the initiative of The Golden Shower Beauty.
Ordering and paying via www.thegoldenshowerbeauty.com is safe and easy. You can choose between paying by bank and credit card, invoice, partial payment, or The Golden Shower Beauty gift card. Which payment options are available to you and the country you are ordering from are presented when placing the order. Payments can be made both before and after delivery, entirely according to the customer’s wishes and the payment options presented at checkout. The Golden Shower Beauty reserves the right, from time to time, to add, remove, or change the payment options presented on the website. All products remain the property of The Golden Shower Beauty until full payment is made.
DELIVERY
The Golden Shower Beauty takes the utmost care in receiving and handling orders and always strives to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen. Our normal delivery times are 2-10 working days depending on the selected shipping option. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur, without us notifying you of a longer delivery time, please contact our customer service. If, in the event of such a delay, you are no longer interested in completing the purchase, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the shipment has already been sent, the customer is required to receive the order. A cancellation is therefore not valid until a confirmation is received from The Golden Shower Beauty via email or telephone.
At The Golden Shower Beauty’s website, you can choose between different delivery options. The Golden Shower Beauty reserves the right to update these delivery options, and all shipping costs related thereto. It is important that correct and valid delivery information is provided at the time of ordering. If The Golden Shower Beauty receives back a package that was sent to the wrong address or which was never collected, it is up to you as a customer to pay for new shipping. This applies as long as the responsibility for the unclaimed package doesn’t rest with The Golden Shower Beauty and/or the chosen shipping provider. For orders that have not been collected in time, The Golden Shower Beauty charges an administrative fee of EUR 25.
If any of the products you have ordered are not in stock when your order is to be packed, only the products that are in stock will be delivered to you. In such a situation, the order will be updated, and you will be reimbursed according to what was potentially paid by you as a customer when the order was placed. If you were not charged for shipping costs when the order was placed, you will not be charged for shipping costs when the order is updated.
If you receive a damaged or opened box upon delivery, please notify your pickup point or selected shipping company immediately.
LIABILITY
The Golden Shower Beauty’s liability for failure of the delivery of the products is limited to the applicable delivery conditions of sale. The Golden Shower Beauty’s liability to you for any loss or damages arising in connection with your order on our website is limited to the total amount of your order, unless otherwise stipulated in mandatory law. The Golden Shower Beauty is not responsible for any indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of The Golden Shower Beauty’s other obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond The Golden Shower Beauty’s reasonable control.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Golden Shower Beauty is not obliged to complete a purchase if there are obstacles beyond The Golden Shower Beauty’s control. Such circumstances include, for example, government intervention, new/amended legislation, war, fires, floods, work interruptions, bans, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers, or if The Golden Shower Beauty or its partners would be exposed to criminal activity. In addition to the above, The Golden Shower Beauty does not take any responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by any supplier, outside of The Golden Shower Beauty’s decision-making or control.
Please note that the product and packaging images presented on this website may vary in appearance. The Golden Shower Beauty cannot guarantee that all product images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products, which is why all product images shall be seen as illustrations. Please note that the product images may vary depending on the monitor, photo quality, resolution, and color setting.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You as a customer always have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from the date you receive the order you have purchased from us. Please note that you are responsible for checking that the products are undamaged when receiving your package. The products must be returned in unopened packaging and in otherwise unused and undamaged condition. Opened and/or used products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify us in writing by contacting our customer service. It is important that the 30-day return period is respected when exercising the right of withdrawal. The return shipping cost is paid by you as a customer

The processing of returns typically takes between 1-3 weeks. Please remember to send your return with a trackable function and save the receipt for your return to ensure that The Golden Shower Beauty compensates you for your return, even in cases where the package is lost during the return delivery to us.
Upon The Golden Shower Beauty’s receipt of the package, The Golden Shower Beauty will issue a refund, preferably to the same payment method you used at the time of ordering (or, if payment has not yet been made for the products in question, ensure that the refund is reflected in your account balance). Refunds will be made as soon as possible after The Golden Shower Beauty’s receipt of the products, provided that all products returned are in the same condition as they were in when delivered to you. The Golden Shower Beauty reserves the right to make depreciation deductions in cases where the products have been handled to a greater extent than necessary. Potential depreciation deduction is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
For any returns made after the 30-day return period, The Golden Shower Beauty reserves the right to refund you via digital credit card, at The Golden Shower Beauty’s sole discretion.
COMPLAINTS
According to applicable consumer legislation, all products must be free from defects. The Golden Shower Beauty guarantees that each shipment is examined before it is sent to the customer. Regardless of this, you as a customer always have the right to complain about a product that does not meet the expectations of what has been ordered. For complaints, please contact our customer service.
It is of utmost importance that your complaint is made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered. This reasonable time period is normally considered to be 2 months after the defect has been discovered. However, this does not imply that complaints cannot be made after a longer period of time, as the defect should have been discovered. Complaints made within 2 months of the defect discovery will be considered timely and are entitled to potential reimbursement in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
For any complaints that arise more than 6 months after the delivery date, the customer is responsible for proving that the product was defective at the time of delivery. This also includes so-called “hidden defects,” in accordance with applicable consumer law.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If we cannot come to an agreement, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation. You can find more information on the Norwegian Consumer Council’s website, www.forbrukerradet.no. You can also use the European Commission’s online platform for complaints, which you can find here:
www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Golden Shower Beauty will participate in mediation if it is chosen by you.
